  • Joint Friendly Fitness (JF)

A low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens and improves mobility while being easy on the joints. With modifications for all fitness levels, it’s perfect for those with joint sensitivities, promoting overall fitness without added stress.

  • Core and Cardio (CC)

Blends cardio with core exercises for a high-energy, full-body workout that boosts endurance, burns calories, and tones muscles.

  • Core and Mobility (CM)

Focuses on strengthening the core while improving flexibility and joint mobility. This low-impact workout enhances stability, balance, and range of motion, promoting overall body strength and flexibility.

  • Stretch and Recovery (SR)

A stretch and recovery class improves flexibility, relieves muscle tension, and enhances mobility through gentle stretches, promoting relaxation and faster recovery

  • Dance fitness/Zumba  (DF) or (Z)

Fun, high-energy workout that combines dance moves with fitness exercises to improve cardio, strength, and coordination. It’s a great way to burn calories and tone muscles while enjoying rhythmic, full-body movement.

  • Low Impact Fitness (LI)

A full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance with minimal strain on joints, making it ideal for all fitness levels.
